Who is responsible for your data

Which data and where it comes from

If I have emailed you, I hold your company's name, country and business contact email address. I obtained them from public sources: the EU Union Product Database for veterinary medicines, the public list of FAMI-QS certified sites, and your company's own website. If you use the contact form, I also hold what you write in it.

Why, and on what legal basis

To contact companies about professional services related to their regulatory activity (veterinary medicines, feed additives, market entry in Latin America), and to answer your enquiries. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in contacting other businesses (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, when you write to me, the steps you ask for before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Who else processes it

Emails are sent through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) and the website forms are handled by Netlify, Inc. Both act as processors on my behalf. I do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long I keep it

Until you object or unsubscribe, and in any case no longer than three years after our last contact. If you unsubscribe, I keep only your email address on a list of addresses I must not contact, so that I never write to you again.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, restrict its use, and object at any time to being contacted (Art. 21 GDPR): unsubscribe here or write to info@dgfvetsolutions.com. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
